Effective July 8, 2026. This policy explains how UtiliSave LLC (“UtiliSave,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website or engage our services.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, telephone number, company, and any utility bills, invoices, contracts, or other documents you submit through our forms — and information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We only ask for what we need to evaluate and perform a utility bill audit.
We use the information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate and conduct utility bill audits and recovery on your behalf, communicate with your utility providers where you have authorized us to do so, improve our services and website, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to deliver our services — for example, with utility companies and taxing authorities when acting under your written authorization, and with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We will execute a non-disclosure agreement on request.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting data to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your billing data with the same care as the money it represents.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may exercise these rights and will not be discriminated against for doing so. To make a request, email [email protected]. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly process the data of children under 16.
This site uses only the minimal storage needed to function and, where applicable, standard analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Questions? Contact UtiliSave LLC, 2 Eastway Dr, Southampton, NY 11968 · 718 382 4500 · [email protected].
