About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Software Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET development and solid exposure to Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI.

This role will support the development, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of our in-house systems while helping the company move toward a more modern, connected, and scalable technology environment. The ideal candidate can work across business requirements, software development, CRM-related solutions, reporting, and API/system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support new and existing in-house applications that support UtiliSave’s products and internal operations.
  • Participate in meetings with business users and stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Contribute to application modernization efforts across the Microsoft stack, including improvements to architecture, maintainability, and integration capabilities.
  • Support the company’s evolving CRM and business application strategy, including work involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development using C# and/or VB.NET in a business environment.
  • Strong experience building and supporting business applications using the Microsoft stack.
  • Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive UI frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, and structured development practices in an Agile or iterative environment.

About the Role
This role offers meaningful visibility and direct collaboration with senior leadership, reporting to the CEO and Head of IT, with clear opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility delivery or project management positions over time.

We are seeking a self-motivated Delivery Coordinator to serve as a central point of coordination for projects and initiatives across departments. This role will support department leads and project owners by running recurring meetings and scrums, documenting decisions and action items, managing work tracking in tools such as JIRA, and ensuring consistent follow-through on commitments.

The Delivery Coordinator will help create predictability and transparency in execution by tracking progress, surfacing risks early, supporting testing and documentation, and communicating status updates to stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams, and proactive in driving clarity and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and run recurring meetings and scrums for cross-functional work, including preparing agendas, guiding discussions, and keeping meetings on track and outcome-focused.
  • Document key decisions, action items, owners, and due dates, and ensure these are captured in shared systems and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA boards (and related tools) across teams, including ticket creation, grooming, prioritization support, and status updates in collaboration with team leads.
  • Track progress on tasks, initiatives, and projects, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and help keep work moving by removing administrative and coordination friction.
  • Support testing and validation of developer and operational work by coordinating test plans, assisting with test execution where appropriate, and ensuring issues are captured and tracked to resolution.
  • Monitor and track documentation needs and updates (e.g., playbooks, process docs, system documentation), prompting owners and helping ensure documentation remains current and accessible.

  • Identify and flag risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early, and work with leads to clarify ownership, decisions, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in coordination, project support, project management, or operations role within a business or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with work-tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar systems to manage tickets, sprints, and backlogs.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate tracking of work items and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize decisions, risks, and status for different audiences.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, capturing notes and action items, and driving follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
